Q: How do I place an order?
A: When you are viewing our items just click the add to cart button or select size and color on some items. The shopping cart will appear in another window. You can update the cart at any time by changing the quantity or deleting an item in our shopping cart. If you lose the shopping cart at anytime just click on the shopping cart at the top of the page. Just click check out when you are finished shopping.

Q: Will you share my information with other companies?
A: We will never share any personal information including your email address for any reason other than required by law.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns and exchanges are accepted with in 10 days after you receive your item. the merchandise must be in new condition and in the original packaging with all of its paperwork, and any other items that came with it. The shipping and handling charges will be refunded only if the item is defective or damaged during shipment. You will receive the refund upon our receipt and inspection of the merchandise.
Software must be in original sealed packages. Any opened software cannot be returned.
All hooks, lurers, and plastic baits cannot be returned once they have been opened.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges (this is waived if there was damage in shipping).
There is a 25% restocking fee on special order items.

Q: Do you sell used or refurbished merchandise?
A: No, we only sell new merchandise that is backed by a full manufacture warranty. We want our customers to have full confidence in us and our merchandise.

Q: Can I special order an item?
A: Yes, please contact us if you are looking for an item you don't see or can't find.

Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours after you place it.

Q: How quickly will my item be shipped?
A: Orders are shipped out daily. 90% of our orders are shipped within 2-5 business days.

Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: Most items are shipped Fed Ex, or USPS Priority Mail.

Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO address or Military Mail?
A: Yes, we do. The shipping rates will depend on the item you purchase. Please contact us for shipping rates if you are shipping to a APO address.
